CONSUMER SATISFACTION

Delaware County Consumer Satisfaction Team (CST) and Delaware County Family Empowerment Satisfaction Team (FEST) are teams of consumers and family members who interview Magellan members about their services. These teams work to find out how satisfied members are with their mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services. Based on the members' answers or suggestions, the teams meet with Magellan and Delaware County staff to make recommendations for change.
