DUOS Program
Magellan Behavioral Health of Pennsylvania members now have access to DUOS—a no-cost service that connects eligible members with local and national resources, such as food assistance, housing support, transportation, and more. DUOS helps Magellan members find the resources and care they need for daily living, so they can focus on what matters most! DUOS guides members through available resources, checks eligibility, and provides support every step of the way. Getting started with DUOS is easy—click here to learn more.
Consumer & Family Satisfaction Team
Magellan wants you to be happy with the services you receive. Consumer/Family Satisfaction Teams (C/FST) include individuals and families that have experience with services and then interview Magellan members about their services. These teams may contact you about the care you have been receiving from providers. These teams work to find out about your experience with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring services. Your feedback allows us to develop and implement more effective services.
