Member & Family Satisfaction

The Delaware County Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health believes in the power of partnerships and the spirit of innovation. They approach every opportunity with these philosophies in mind. It is through these partnerships that they can deliver effective, high quality, and innovative programs which helps to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of the individuals and families that they serve.

Delaware County’s new service provider for Member and Family Satisfaction (M/FST) is Voice & Vision. Voice & Vision has a variety of staff who are highly trained to implement an innovative model of gathering feedback from Delaware County members. This includes children, adolescents, adults, young adults, and family members who have personal experience with behavioral health services (mental health, drug and alcohol and co-occurring).

Delaware County’s Voice & Vision M/FST empowers people to have a “recovery and resiliency-oriented” focus, which offers people hope, cultivates the inherent strength in the human spirit, and encourages people to envision a healthy, dream-fulfilled life. Voice & Vision also employs Peer Advocates that inform people about available help, services, and resources when needed.
